Assistant Brand Manager – Radio & Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the delivery of engaging brand campaigns and promotional activities for Dubai Holding Entertainment’s radio stations, enhancing audience awareness, listenership and engagement across on‑air, online and on‑ground channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of on‑air and online campaigns, roadshows, outside broadcasts and station events.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to secure branding quotations, manage requirements and ensure timely preparation of campaign activities.
• Conduct venue visits ahead of roadshows and outside broadcasts to verify branding, signage and technical needs.
• Maintain a consistent programme of station promotional activity and audience engagement initiatives throughout the year.
• Build relationships with clients and sales teams to secure prizes and contest opportunities.
• Manage weekly competitions, ensuring relevance to target audiences and accurate promotional content.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Four to six years of experience in brand or media marketing, campaign coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
