Assistant Director, Admissions Communications & Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Director, Admissions Communications & Marketing supports undergraduate enrollment marketing for NYU Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions Marketing, the role bridges global strategy and regional execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns in partnership with external firms and coordinate with External Relations.
• Develop digital and traditional marketing materials to meet enrollment objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to inform channel selection, messaging, and audience segmentation.
• Design, execute, and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, web, print, events) using the Slate CRM.
• Collaborate with NYU New York marketing teams to generate high‑quality leads.
• Ensure brand consistency across recruitment events and communications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in higher education.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a global environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (design and development).
• HTML coding.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Slate or other CRM platforms.
• Web content management systems.
