Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join The Lana, a luxury hotel in Dubai, and support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through meticulous housekeeping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping activities across all guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies, and liaise with procurement as needed.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare reports on room status, occupancy, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
