Assistant Guest Relations Manager

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced and charismatic Assistant Guest Relations Manager to support TAPASAKE, an award‑winning lifestyle dining venue that blends Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. You will help deliver seamless, luxury‑level experiences for every guest, from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Relations Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling VIPs, special occasions, and individual preferences.
• Coach and supervise the hostess and guest‑relations team.
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery, and coordinate with restaurant operations.
• Monitor reservation flow, seating efficiency, and maintain guest profiles/CRM standards.
• Uphold brand and luxury hospitality standards while fostering an energetic, guest‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of guest‑relations experience in luxury hospitality.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in premium restaurants, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident with VIP and international guests.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
