About the role
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis. The role supports the maintenance department by preparing reports, pricing documents, and technical drawings, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare pricing proposals.
- Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.
- Prepare evacuation reports.
- Prepare detailed building reports.
- Create drawings using AutoCAD.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field (fresh graduate).
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
