Assistant Manager Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable will lead end‑to‑end AP and AR processes for Nas Neuron Health Services in the UAE. The role combines operational oversight with data‑driven analysis, leveraging advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL to improve cash‑flow visibility and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full AP cycle: invoice receipt, validation, payment approval, bank reconciliations and timely execution.
• Monitor AR ageing, drive collection activities, follow‑up with corporate clients and manage delinquent accounts.
• Develop and maintain AP/AR dashboards, KPI reports and executive‑level financial analysis.
• Utilise advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL to build automated reports, predictive models and performance scorecards.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled automation opportunities (RPA, AI Copilot) to streamline repetitive AP/AR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual terms and UAE regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of hands‑on experience in accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to manage process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with experience delivering data‑driven insights to senior management.
