Assistant Manager – Business Consulting – Supply Chain

About the role

EY is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager/Manager to lead client engagement teams within its Supply Chain & Operations practice in Dubai. The role involves delivering procurement transformation services and supporting business development on strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large transformational client engagements and internal projects, establishing relationships with C‑level executives.
• Manage global and regional bids, proposals, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Present executive summary findings and drive change for client performance improvement.
• Oversee multiple EY colleagues and client team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience at a tier‑1 consultancy or in industry leading procurement transformations.
• Proven track record of managing staff across multiple projects.
• Outstanding academic record (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong communication, presentation, and entrepreneurial skills.

Required skills

• Experience in spend management, category management, strategic sourcing, and procurement operating model transformation.
• Knowledge of procurement digitalisation, ESG, and third‑party spend management.
