Assistant Manager – Finance Control (UAE National)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Finance Control supports the Real Estate division’s financial controlling function, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting and effective control processes. The role drives digital and AI‑enabled innovations to foster a forward‑thinking finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review trial balances, balance‑sheet reconciliations and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Support audit readiness and resolve control or compliance issues promptly.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within finance processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Leverage data analytics and AI solutions to enhance reporting and decision‑making.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and best practices across the finance function.
• Initiate and lead finance improvement projects aligned with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Relevant experience in finance control or financial reporting.
