Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Fit-Out / Tenant Projects will lead the delivery of tenant fit‑out projects within DIFC, Dubai, from coordination to final close‑out. The role requires close collaboration with landlords, tenants, contractors and consultants to ensure projects meet design, regulatory and timeline requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant fit‑out projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DIFC requirements, approved designs, fit‑out guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, project reviews and quality checks.
• Prepare and issue retail delivery milestones in line with lease requirements.
• Supervise fit‑out works and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
• Lead the fit‑out team, providing direction and maintaining high service standards.
• Oversee preparation of Lease Outline Drawings (LOD), tenant fit‑out manuals and logistics manuals.
• Conduct induction meetings for tenants and contractors.
• Maintain project documentation and technical records for close‑out.
• Report progress to internal stakeholders and senior management.

Required profile

• Strong experience in tenant fit‑out and retail delivery projects.
• Proven track record in fit‑out project management and landlord‑tenant coordination.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants and large‑scale commercial/retail developments.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, quality checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
