About the role

The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations at Atlantis The Palm leads the Guest Relations and Concierge teams, delivering personalized, seamless experiences for all guests, including VIPs and high‑profile visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across guest engagement, concierge services, VIP management, and special occasions.
• Drive service recovery, maintain luxury service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 5‑star ultra‑luxury hospitality, especially VIP or butler services.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑player attitude.
