Assistant Manager Medical Claims (UAE National) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our Medical Claims team in Dubai. This position is ideal for fresh graduates from medical or healthcare disciplines who want to build a long‑term career in insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process medical insurance claims accurately, verifying documentation, medical reports and treatment records.
• Assess claim eligibility against policy coverage, exclusions and benefits.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics and internal stakeholders to obtain additional information.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate complex cases and maintain records in the claims management system.
• Support customer and provider inquiries regarding claim status and documentation.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in MBBS, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences or any related medical/healthcare discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internships or healthcare experience are a plus.
