Assistant Manager, Medical Representation (UAE National) – Part Time

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition is looking for a part-time Medical Delegate (UAE national only) to ethically detail its products to medical and paramedical contacts in an assigned territory. The role promotes breastfeeding as best for babies and advocates for Nestlé Nutrition's solutions in line with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate accurate information on product features, benefits and appropriate use to medical and paramedical contacts, especially when mothers cannot or choose not to breastfeed.
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices, acting as a reference advisor in line with detailing objectives and materials.
• Organise and run product knowledge, nutrition or related scientific meetings, including sponsorship and inviting guest lecturers.
• Cover the territory, gather competitive intelligence and maintain the HCP database in CRM 2.0, submitting reports on time.
• Propose communication and educational materials and ensure Nestlé Infant Nutrition products are available in hospitals.
• Build long-term relationships with HCPs and medical decision makers through face-to-face contact, seminars and events.
• Ensure full compliance with the WHO Code, Nestlé instructions and local country codes.

Required profile

• UAE nationals only.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, medicine, nutrition or dietetics.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
