Assistant Manager – Medical Representation (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Medical Representation will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition infant products to medical and paramedical professionals across the assigned Dubai territory. The role focuses on communicating accurate product information, supporting breastfeeding advocacy, and ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code and Nestlé guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Nestlé’s position that breastfeeding is the best feeding option for infants.
• Provide reliable, evidence‑based information on infant nutrition to healthcare contacts.
• Organise and support scientific meetings, seminars and guest‑lecturer events for medical and paramedical audiences.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, prospecting, and competitive intelligence using CRM 2.0.
• Update and manage the HCP database in CRM, submitting timely reports.
• Ensure Nestlé infant nutrition products are represented in hospitals, improving availability and market share.
• Develop long‑term professional relationships with healthcare decision‑makers and organise key events in the territory.
• Adhere strictly to the WHO Code, Nestlé instructions and local regulations.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Prior experience in medical detailing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (CRM 2.0).
