Assistant Manager – Medical Representative

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Medical Representative will ethically detail Nestlé Nutrition products to medical and paramedical professionals across an assigned territory in Abu Dhabi. You will promote breastfeeding, provide accurate infant‑nutrition information, and ensure compliance with the WHO International Code and Nestlé guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Detail Nestlé Nutrition products to HCPs, emphasizing benefits for infants who are not breastfed.
• Organise and run scientific meetings, guest‑lecture sessions and HCP events.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage, gather competitive intelligence and update the CRM 2.0 database.
• Submit timely reports and propose educational materials for the territory.
• Increase product presence in hospitals and build long‑term relationships with key medical decision‑makers.
• Ensure strict adherence to WHO Code, Nestlé instructions and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition or Biology.
• Prior experience as a Medical Delegate is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM 2.0 systems.
