Assistant Manager Motor Claims - UAE National

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National graduate to join our Motor Claims team at Orient Insurance, part of the Al‑Futtaim Group. The role offers a solid foundation in motor insurance claims processing and the chance to develop a long‑term career in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process motor insurance claims in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement within service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the claims management system and assist in cost evaluation.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internship experience in insurance, banking, finance, customer service or operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
