Assistant Manager – Product Control

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking an Assistant Manager for Product Control to join its Global Markets & Treasury Business Finance team. The role provides finance support to segment and product heads, helping drive tactical and strategic decisions across the treasury business.

Key responsibilities

• Review front‑office desk profit and loss reports.
• Prepare hedge accounting and financial reporting deliverables.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual commentaries and analytics on treasury balance‑sheet movements, market drivers and business activities.
• Provide independent valuation and analysis of portfolios.
• Ensure portfolio marking complies with IFRS requirements.

Required profile

• University degree or qualified accountant (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
• 3‑5 years of post‑qualification experience in the finance function of a large bank.
• Experience with treasury products, their lifecycle, hedge accounting and IFRS 9 reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant banking regulations.
