Assistant Manager – Sales (Loyalty Cards)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales (Loyalty Cards) will support the delivery of sales and revenue targets across consumer, B2B, digital and partner channels for a retail conglomerate in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth by identifying and approaching corporate clients, aggregators and distributors.
• Prepare proposals, offers and presentations for corporate and partner clients.
• Track sales pipeline, account activity and performance dashboards.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partners, especially B2B and corporate clients.
• Support onboarding and integration of new partners, coordinating documentation, contracts and compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns that boost gift‑card awareness and sales.
• Support daily operations of the gift‑card program, including issuance, redemption, reporting and reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, redemptions, breakage and channel performance, providing insights for growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in retail, loyalty or payments, with strong B2B business development exposure.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
