Assistant Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing activities for our real‑estate projects. Reporting directly to the COO, you will coordinate campaigns, generate leads and supervise a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns for real‑estate projects.
• Coordinate activities across digital, social media, print and traditional channels to boost awareness and lead generation.
• Supervise a marketing team of two, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
• Work with the sales team to create promotional materials and support sales‑driven initiatives.
• Manage social media content, posting schedules, audience engagement and campaign support.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, advertisements and email campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors (designers, photographers, printers, digital agencies, media partners) for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, promotional events and open houses.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and positioning opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and maintain CRM/lead management integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real‑estate marketing.
• Proven ability to coordinate campaigns and supervise junior team members.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines and work independently.
