Assistant Material Handling

About the role

The Assistant Material Handling supports the efficient flow of goods across Noatum Logistics' facilities in the UAE. You will receive, verify, label, and prepare incoming shipments for customs scanning and delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods from concession partners and arrange them in staging/storage according to guidelines.
• Verify quantity and quality of deliveries, label products, and prepare items for customs scanning.
• Load goods onto refrigerated vans/trucks after gantry scanning and ensure timely delivery to concessionaires.
• Assist with sorting, de‑boxing, and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor.
• Follow proper trailer loading/unloading lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and maintain HSE compliance.
• Report safety concerns to the Operations Supervisor and support incident reporting.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of warehousing practices and methods.
• Familiarity with warehouse machinery and tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma.
• Good English communication skills; knowledge of sub‑continent Asian languages is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
