Assistant Nurse - Medical Ward

About the role
The Assistant Nurse will provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care on a medical ward, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with a multi‑professional team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, collaborating with the multi‑professional team.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, relevant legislation and hospital policies.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to maintain patient safety.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment.
- Participate in learning activities to develop nursing competence.
Required profile
- Nursing Diploma (minimum 18‑month program).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
