About the role
The Assistant Nurse will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care on a busy medical ward, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role contributes to a safe, supportive environment and helps ensure high standards of clinical practice.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and UAE legislation.
- Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with MCME policies.
- Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Participate in learning activities that enhance employee competence and professional development.
Required profile
- Essential Nursing Diploma.
- DHA licence as a Nurse.
- Minimum two years recent experience in a medical ward.
Required skills
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a healthcare setting.
