Assistant Outlet Manager at Cala Vista

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Cala Vista at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam as an Assistant Outlet Manager, supporting day‑to‑day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily outlet operations, ensuring service standards, efficiency and compliance.
• Engage with guests, address feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Assist in financial performance management, including inventory control, budgeting and revenue optimisation.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through training and effective workforce planning.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives and improve profitability.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management; Health & Safety certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably luxury environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
