Assistant Outlet Manager (Hotel F&B)

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet/F&B Manager in delivering high‑quality service and product consistency within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and assist the Outlet Manager/F&B Manager with daily operations, ensuring accurate service and product consistency.
• Provide exceptional guest service, maintain strong employee relations between kitchen and dining areas, and lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, regional, and local hotel operating policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum two years of fine‑dining restaurant and all‑inclusive operations experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong service orientation with the ability to lead colleagues to excellence.
• Working knowledge of loyalty programs, Opera, and MS Office applications.

• Opera property management system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
