Assistant Procurement Manager – Luxury Goods

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Luxury Procurement to lead the sourcing and procurement of high‑value luxury goods, premium products, bespoke items and specialised services across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, from supplier identification and negotiation to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with luxury brands, authorised distributors and specialist service providers.
• Conduct market research, supplier evaluations and product comparisons to ensure authenticity, quality and value.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing requirements, budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 4–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in luxury retail, family offices, premium hospitality or high‑end lifestyle businesses.
• Established network of local and international luxury suppliers and brands.
• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems.
