Assistant Project Manager (PMC)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. You will support the Project Manager in delivering construction projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Support management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress, prepare performance reports, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow and clear communication.
• Help manage risks, issues, and change requests while upholding quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client briefings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMC environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
