Assistant Relationship Manager - CMB Assets

About the role

Support the Relationship Manager in managing a business banking portfolio, preparing credit proposals, coordinating facility documentation and transactions, while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare credit proposals, financial spreads and supporting credit analysis for review.
• Liaise with customers to obtain financial information, documentation and transaction requirements.
• Support structuring, documentation and utilization of credit facilities.
• Monitor account conduct, facility utilization, excesses, past dues, risk triggers, covenants and other credit conditions.
• Manage daily customer transactions, payments and settlements while supporting account profitability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete facility documentation, limit setup, drawdowns and trade‑related transactions.
• Maintain accurate, complete and audit‑ready credit files and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum two years of SME or Corporate Credit Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit processes and operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer relationship skills.
