Assistant Relationship Manager – Liabilities (UAE National)

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) will support the delivery of high‑quality business services to SME customers, focusing on liabilities, FX, PCM and trade products. The role works closely with Relationship Managers to grow FX and CASA portfolios while ensuring compliance and excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete ODD, manage TL expiry and NSF reports, and process client requests promptly.
• Provide services related to liabilities, FX, PCM and trade products to meet team sales targets.
• Verify customer applications against CBD policy guidelines and obtain required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as AML, ASU, Business Risk, Treasury and other departments.
• Engage proactively with existing customers and coordinate internal teams for seamless service fulfilment.
• Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to review performance and share best practices.

Required profile

• Graduate in a commercially oriented discipline or a diploma in business/finance‑related subjects.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Banking Support or Assistant Relationship Manager.
