• Assist with inventory control, scheduling and workforce planning.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in the coffee industry.
• Proven leadership abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for specialty coffee and for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Required skills

• Strong communication, coaching, training and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of café and restaurant operations.
• Experience managing P&L, EBITDA, budgeting and overall business performance.
