Assistant Sales Manager – Global & Long Stay

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager – Global & Long Stay will drive proactive sales initiatives across global accounts, long‑stay portals and corporate travel segments for Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis. Working closely with Lead Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams, you will help grow the hotel’s base business and support its creative brand character.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow business from Global Accounts, regional offices and multinational companies.
• Manage long‑stay listing portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.), negotiate terms and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Oversee the Cvent Transient RFP platform, handling submissions, negotiations and global account proposals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with global and local TMCs/DMCs to generate transient, group, long‑stay and MICE opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, Operations) to ensure aligned commercial execution and smooth booking processes.

Required profile

• Proactive sales mindset with ability to identify and convert opportunities across transient, group, long‑stay and MICE segments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with global offices, corporate travel influencers and regional partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of preparing creative proposals and annual agreements.

Required skills

• Experience with Cvent platform for RFP management.
• Familiarity with long‑stay listing portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder.
• Negotiation and commercial contract development.
