About the role
The Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure will support the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and managing leisure business for Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites. The role focuses on driving revenue, building relationships with key travel partners, and promoting the hotel’s leisure offerings across target markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, and travel agencies.
- Identify new leisure business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and account reviews.
- Achieve assigned revenue and room‑night targets.
- Support contracting, rate negotiations, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing to maximise business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, and networking events.
