About the role

The Assistant Server will support the dining operations of Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, delivering a refined, guest‑focused experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with serving food, setting up and clearing china, glassware, and silverware.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and special requests.
• Maintain impeccable table standards by clearing and resetting tables according to Four Seasons service guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel or standalone restaurant.
