Associate Account Manager - Account Growth, Northern Emirates

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for an Associate Account Manager for its Northern Emirates market in the UAE. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, build strong relationships, understand their goals and identify opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen retention and introduce them to more of what Fresha offers. The role is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own your targets across retention and revenue growth, proactively engaging with accounts and helping them get more value from Fresha.
• Understand account performance and spot opportunities to grow revenue by introducing businesses to more of what Fresha offers.
• Build strong relationships through regular meetings, becoming a trusted point of contact for each business.
• Maintain a consistent contact strategy across accounts to keep businesses engaged and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of SDR experience or 1-2 years of revenue-generating account management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Commercial mindset: enjoying spotting revenue opportunities, working towards targets and extracting more value from existing accounts, ideally within SaaS.
• Enjoys getting to know customers and building lasting relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with curiosity, creativity and a problem-solving mindset.

What we offer

• Earning potential of 12,500 AED to 15,000 AED OTE: 12,500 AED base salary plus performance-based variable pay.
• OTE is earned at 100% of target; exceeding it earns more through an accelerator model.
