Associate Analyst, Business Administration – Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program in Dubai, gaining hands‑on experience in Business Administration within the B2B division. You will work on real business challenges, collaborate across functions, and develop analytical and professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analysing business information and translating priorities into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, product, technology, finance, operations) to coordinate activities and achieve customer and business outcomes.
• Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, presentations and performance reports to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
• Assist in managing and executing customer and internal initiatives, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with relevant stakeholders and proposing practical solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, graduating between January 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 March or 1 September 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High‑energy, can‑do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
