Key responsibilities

• Recruit experts by phone, matching them to client projects under tight deadlines.
• Manage all aspects of client‑expert communication, schedule calls and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Understand project context, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory environment for both clients and experts.

Required profile

• Strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
• Notable extracurricular achievements and relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English (C2 level) and ability to thrive in a results‑oriented, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask across parallel workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 200,000 plus uncapped performance‑based bonus (total compensation AED 255‑293k).
