Associate Cluster Revenue Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as an Associate Cluster Revenue Manager, supporting the revenue management department for a vibrant hotel portfolio in Dubai. You will work closely with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, optimise revenue streams and contribute to the overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the revenue management department, handling reservations and meeting & events enquiries.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies, monitor key metrics and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Manage departmental budget, control costs and inventory while ensuring productivity targets are met.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent managerial skills, hands‑on approach and ability to lead by example.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in both English and French.
