Associate, Commercial Analytics

About the role

The Commercial Analytics Associate sits within Property Finder's Strategy & Analytics team and acts as the bridge between Analytics, Product and Sales. Working closely with Account Managers, the role builds client-specific, data-led recommendations that improve customer performance and drive sustainable sales growth, turning data into commercial narratives about product value, ROI and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong decks and narratives with Account Managers showing opportunities to improve customer performance
• Create data-driven sales stories and explain how customers can get the most ROI from Property Finder
• Turn account plans into product adoption strategies aligned to customer goals
• Equip Sales with fact-based differentiation and objection handling, and tailor product value explanations to different stakeholder personas
• Analyse adoption gaps and usage friction using data and behavioural insights
• Run competitive benchmarking using product usage, performance and market data
• Deliver high-priority analysis and reporting for the Commercial team, and build tools and processes that make the team more productive

Required profile

• 3+ years in consulting, business analytics or technology sales enablement, including at least 2 years at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or another Tier 1 management consulting firm
• Experience in commercial, commercial analytics or sales enablement roles
• Proven ability to build models, value frameworks and executive-ready decks
• Fluent in English
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institute; postgraduate degree preferred

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional presentation skills for senior audiences and comfort influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong SQL is highly desirable but not required
