Associate Debt Capital Markets Lawyer – Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate Solicitor for its Debt Capital Markets team in Dubai. The role sits within a globally‑ranked Banking & Finance practice, handling high‑value, complex capital markets transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with transaction management from inception to completion.
• Draft and review transaction documents, facility agreements, security documents and ancillary paperwork.
• Support general banking mandates and structured products/derivatives assignments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and a distinguished client base.
• Participate in business development initiatives and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in banking and DCM transactions.
• Strong background in general banking and debt capital markets work within a medium to large commercial firm.
• Excellent commercial awareness and academic record.
• Technically proficient with strong negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to engage in business development and work both independently and as part of a team.
