About the role
The Associate Director, Project & Sustainable Finance is a key member of the Asset & Project Finance team, supporting the origination and execution of transactions across corporate and financial institution clients worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Support the APF team in originating, structuring and executing global APF transactions, contributing to revenue targets.
- Assist in developing and implementing aviation and project finance business strategies.
- Prepare financial projections, cash‑flow models, sensitivities and pitch materials.
- Collaborate with credit, ESG, and legal teams on transaction documentation and compliance.
- Maintain pricing details, conduct market research and support internal training initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Finance and Aviation Finance.
- Strong knowledge of global and regional aviation finance, debt markets and syndicated loans.
- Understanding of PF structures, participants and assessment tools.
