Associate - LMS Support

About the role

BEACON RED, an EDGE Group entity, is looking for an Associate to support the smooth operation of its Learning Management System and vocational education training activities. The role involves creating and maintaining courses, enrolling learners and instructors, managing schedules and records, generating reports, and ensuring training data is accurate and securely maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions of the Learning Management System, including creating and managing courses.
• Enter, update and maintain training data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Enroll learners and instructors following VE naming conventions and manage training schedules.
• Generate and distribute training reports, dashboards and support implementation, testing and rollout of customised systems.
• Assist in archiving courses after delivery and support quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, technical or education fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with learning management systems and educational technologies at scale.
• Vocationally qualified trainer, assessor and internal verifier (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience using workflow platforms such as SharePoint or similar.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LMS platforms (Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle or similar).
