Associate Manager - Aggregators & Partnerships

About the role

The Associate Manager – Aggregators & Partnerships will oversee the performance and daily operations of Carrefour and Hypermax on third‑party delivery and quick‑commerce platforms. The role drives partnership strategies, manages Joint Business Plans and works closely with internal and external teams to optimise assortment, promotions, availability, service quality and channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of aggregator partnership strategies and achieve commercial and P&L targets.
• Monitor day‑to‑day partner performance – GMV, order growth, basket size, customer retention and Joint Business Plan delivery.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, commission management and promotional funding to optimise profitability.
• Improve on‑platform performance through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and new store roll‑outs.
• Work with Product & Technology teams to deliver integrations, automation and platform enhancements while resolving operational issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing to boost availability, fulfillment quality, delivery performance and customer experience.
• Conduct performance reviews, business reviews, reporting, competitor benchmarking and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace or quick‑commerce partnership management.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth on aggregator platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and improve key metrics such as GMV, market share, availability and on‑time delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive continuous improvement.
