About the role
As an Associate Project Manager at ABB in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the execution of small, low‑complexity projects while supporting senior project managers in day‑to‑day activities. This onsite position offers the chance to develop project management skills in a global engineering environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead small to medium‑size projects, monitoring progress, resource utilization and financials.
- Identify, qualify and manage project risks and pursue improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate shipment of materials and collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, supply chain, finance and factories.
- Support project engineering documentation and assist PMs with coordination tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 0‑3 years of experience in project management.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English.
