About the role
Support the Record to Report function within Finance Shared Services, ensuring timely financial close, accurate reconciliations and robust balance‑sheet substantiation for Modon Communities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities in line with IFRS.
- Own bank, intercompany and other balance‑sheet reconciliations, investigating variances.
- Maintain the fixed‑asset register and handle IFRS 16 lease accounting.
- Prepare and process general journals with proper documentation.
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with Financial Control, FP&A and Treasury to resolve accounting issues.
- Drive process standardisation, automation and Oracle Fusion adoption.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CA, CPA or ACCA certification.
- 5–8 years of finance operations experience, preferably in R2R or financial control.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial governance.
Required skills
- Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI (advantageous).
