Associate Sales Manager - Lead Generation

About the role

Idenfo, which builds AI-powered KYC, AML and digital onboarding solutions for banks, FinTechs and regulated businesses, is looking for an Associate Sales Manager to support its lead generation and business development across several regions. The role is based on site in the UAE and focuses on finding prospects, running outreach campaigns and engaging potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and organise leads, focusing on DNFBP companies such as real estate, gold and audit firms.
• Manage and maintain lead data, ensuring accuracy, tagging and deduplication.
• Carry out market research to expand and enrich lead databases.
• Run targeted on-site sales campaigns and track engagement.
• Make initial sales calls, qualify leads and schedule product demos.
• Keep clear records of lead progress and share daily activity updates.
• Communicate professionally in English (written and spoken) with prospects and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, consulting or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to research, organise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
