Associate Service Engineer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Associate Service Engineer supports the maintenance, troubleshooting and field execution of fire alarm and fire fighting systems for our customers in the United Arab Emirates. Working closely with the Field Line Manager, Operations Team Leader and subcontractors, you will ensure reliable system performance and a professional service experience on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for fire alarm and fire fighting system equipment, investigating and resolving daily technical issues.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance according to approved schedules.
• Assist with site implementation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities in coordination with customers and subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate field service reports, checklists and daily logs for review and invoicing.
• Maintain clear communication with the Operations Team Leader and Field Line Manager, reporting status and open issues.
• Promote safe working practices on site for yourself and subcontractors.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum of 1 month experience in fire alarm or fire fighting system maintenance.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• No specific academic qualification required.
