About the role

GLG is looking for motivated Associates to drive its Insight Network, connecting leading professionals with the expertise they need. In this fast‑paced, client‑focused position you will manage projects from start to finish while developing strong business and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions.
• Own client projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, expert recruitment, and delivery of high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders to leverage GLG’s full product suite for commercial success.
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and embody company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 0–3 years of experience in client‑facing, sales, or account‑management roles.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with phone outreach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
• Receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Effective multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
• High hustle and tenacity to exceed client expectations.
