Attraction Team Leader, Instructor, Cashier & Housekeeper (Dubai)

About the role

Hatta Outdoor is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its team for the upcoming season. The positions include Attraction Team Leader, Attraction Instructor, Cashier and Housekeeper, all based at the outdoor attraction site in Hatta, Dubai. Candidates should enjoy outdoor activities, have a customer‑focused mindset and be ready to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the attraction and related facilities according to the assigned role.
• Provide friendly, professional service to visitors and help create safe, memorable experiences.
• Follow operational procedures and maintain a positive team environment.
• Perform role‑specific duties such as leading attraction activities, delivering instruction, handling cash transactions, or maintaining cleanliness.
• Work assigned shifts and adapt to varying working hours as required.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (diploma) or equivalent experience; freshers are welcome.
• Willingness to relocate to Hatta and work flexible shifts.
• Positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service and passion for outdoor adventure.
• Mid‑level career stage or entry‑level candidates.
