About the role
Russell Bedford International is seeking a fully qualified CA, ACCA or CPA to join our DIFC office as an Audit Senior. You will lead both external and internal audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of regulated and non‑regulated clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery within agreed timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and complete audit engagements, including budgeting and staffing.
- Coordinate audit processes from planning through to final reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client personnel.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing on‑the‑job training and feedback.
- Participate in audit planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Based in the UAE with 4‑5 years of external audit experience at a mid‑tier or Big 4 firm.
- Strong client‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive, team‑player attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
