About the role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Team Lead to join our growing Audit & Assurance practice in Dubai. The role involves overseeing audit engagements from planning through to delivery while ensuring high‑quality service for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Supervise, review and mentor audit staff to ensure accurate and timely work.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA standards throughout the audit process.
- Liaise with clients, coordinate audit deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support senior managers in engagement execution and business development activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA (preferred).
- 4–7 years of audit experience with proven team‑leadership capability.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
- Proficiency with ISA auditing standards.
- Expertise in audit standards and engagement management.
