About the role
An experienced AutoCAD Draftsman is sought in Sharjah and Jebel Ali, UAE, with a background in architectural metal works, structural steel, aluminum, façade or steel fabrication. The role covers preparing fabrication and installation drawings and coordinating with engineering, production and site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare shop, fabrication, GA and installation drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed drawings for steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication.
- Prepare cutting lists, material schedules and MTOs.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and site teams.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in metal fabrication and installation drawings is essential.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Background in architectural metal works, structural steel, aluminum, façade or steel fabrication.
