AVP Cash Management Sales Officer

About the role

Citi Commercial Bank is expanding its Cash Management franchise across the Middle East & Africa. The AVP will partner with Relationship Managers to grow cash revenues for internationally‑parented clients with subsidiaries in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client challenges and deliver holistic treasury solutions to improve efficiency and growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline in collaboration with global and regional relationship teams, participating in pitches and RFPs.
• Own cash deals from origination through execution, acting as the primary point of contact for cash matters.
• Track deal pipeline, implementation progress and revenue realization, providing feedback to product and operations teams.
• Lead initiatives and events that showcase Citi’s cash management services and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective presentations and client engagements.
• Ability to quickly diagnose problems and propose solutions using transaction banking and trade product knowledge.
• Proven capability to build long‑term advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Thought leadership with a vision for future growth and strategic thinking.
• Open‑mindedness to evaluate alternative solutions and keen interest in regulations and market practices.
